DISCLAIMER I understand that horses are animals and as such could be dangerous and I could be injured while around and working with horses. I understand that a horse may bite, could step, push or kick me with their feet or body without any warning. Knowing this information the undersigned hereby agrees to release and discharge Hawthorn Farm, its officers, agents, employees and volunteers from all claims, demands, actions or causes of action, which the participant, his or her personal representatives, heir and next of kin, may or might have against Hawthorn Farm, its officers, agents, employees and volunteers on account of injury to or death of the participant, or damage to the property of the participant arising out of their participation in sponsored activities.The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hawthorn Farm from any loss, liability, medical bills, damage, or any other costs that may be incurred due to the acts of the participant during their participation in farm activities. PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE I give consent to Hawthorn Farm to photograph participants, to use photographs where permission has been given on Hawthorn Farm website and social media on behalf of Hawthorn Farm. *Hawthorn Farm will never publish photographs without first gaining permission. HEALTH DISCLOSURE I agree to disclose any health or medical condition in writing now or any change in the future that could affect my ability to participate or volunteer in any activity. In the event that an emergency should arise in an activity at Hawthorn Farm, an effort will be made to contact the parents/guardian.The undersigned authorises Hawthorn Farm to proceed with First aid care by First aiders Michelle Howdle and Dale Spark and/or hospital visit if required. Please see our policies on our website for more information. BOOKING FEE I understand that a deposit of £50 must be paid immediately in order to secure the booking. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be lost. PAYMENT Payment in full must be made 2 weeks before the party. BAD WEATHER In the event of bad weather, Hawthorn Farm have the right to cancel the party and re-arrange the date.
